Developed by CertNode, a Stripe Partner, the app detects chargebacks, gathers evidence, generates defense narratives, and submits them quickly with RFC 3161 certified timestamps. Reflex activates automatically for every dispute, and merchants are charged a 15% success fee only upon winning, billed through Shopify.
