Chad has really helped us up our customer support game. As a small, family-run business, we’ve always had a hard time keeping up with customer emails. Before Chad, my husband would block out a couple of hours at the end of each day to tackle support related stuff. Chad not only cut down on the number of inbounds we have to handle, but our customers are also getting answers faster no matter the hour! It’s truly taken a lot of the stress and burden off our shoulders.
