purchased $288 for a-year package and they are asking for extra charges for forwarding calls to our landline. there are other alternatives without extra charges. Also, they didn't get back to us for our cancellation and refund request yet.

Better than EasyCall, I haven't use the app enough yet to comment on it, but the customer service is great! I Will update later.
