We rely on ChannelUnity to sync our Amazon-held inventory across Shopify and our marketplace channels, with fulfilment handled via Amazon MCF, and it has been a very reliable solution for our business. The platform works smoothly and removes a lot of manual complexity from multi-channel selling. Support has been excellent - Connie and Michael are always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Communication is clear and efficient, and we’re very happy with the service overall.
