A brilliant App that works perfectly with our online shop and allows us to easily manage several custom pricelists for our customers, and offer the ability for trade accounts to place an order and pay later! The App is very easy to use and allows you to manage each customer with the use of bespoke tags, offering a high level of control and customisation for accounts. The support team are very professional, friendly and respond quickly to enquiries, helping to easily set and customise your online shop without the need to manually enter code! I highly recommend this App for anyone who needs to easily create custom pricing and the ability to pay for an order at a later date! Update : We recently needed help implementing an extra feature on our checkout page and Ankit was friendly and fast to reply! He was able to complete our request in a couple of hours! Outstanding customer service, I would highly recommend!

Works great, we always wanted to offer our B2B customers an option to charge on account on our website. This is a vers effective and cheap way of doing it (no need to develop intergation between shopify and the ERP). When the customer calls us for the first time, we just need to add the tags to their customer account in shopify, they refresh their cart and boom, they can complete the order without paying. We were even able to put some automatic discounts based on the tags (i.e. 15%).

This app is great, my store had a lot of trouble trying to find an app that met our particular needs until we found Charge Me Later, Wholesale app. The support was quick to answer our questions and helped for free to set up some of the features. When we did need something custom done, they were able to do it and at a reasonable rate.

I installed this app on 4/18. Upon installing the app I noticed how the grammar and spelling errors throughout lend to confusion on what needs to go into a given field. The way it’s worded could mean a few different things. Next, I saw that you need to edit and paste code into a line to get payment methods to show up, in my case a net30 pay later. It gives a screen shot of where the code needs to be pasted, but that section doesn’t exist in my code. I’m not sure if it’s a theme issue, or if instructions were written prior to an update, but I cannot paste the code where it tells me. I emailed support the same day, 4/18, and I never heard back from the developer. They only give a 4-day free trial, so here I am at full 4 days and no response. I’m uninstalling the app since I’ve received no customer service whatsoever, and I’m definitely not paying $10 just to see if it might work for our needs when I can’t get any support response. Beyond that, I suggest you have someone go over your app and fix all the confusing grammar, and the spelling mistakes so at least it looks more professional and is less confusing. I’d also recommend more than a 4-day free trial. Standard seems to be 7-14 days. If I had a week or two maybe we could've gotten somewhere.

This app allows us to streamline the checkout for our customers who pay on account, and who we then invoice at a later date. The app support team are extremely helpful and are quick to respond. Whenever we have had a query or question they are always more than happy to help. A really great service and we would recommend this app.

I love this app and the customer service that comes with it. They respond fairly quickly and now we are able to invoice clients for products which we didn't think was possible. They helped us set up our store and the whole process was smooth

Had a small SNAFU happen with the Shipping estimate not showing up when a draft is turned into an order. Contacted Support through their live chat/email about it, and they had it sorted out within an hour! Much appreciated!

We needed this app for our customers that have a credit line with us. Couldn't get the coding right to bypass the Pay Now credit card form but Buddy Apps support rep Ankit did a great job helping me out and adding a pick up option. So excited to get this working!

Very good app. Does what I needed. Maybe the downside is there isn't an option for bulk discount for whole collections or discount by percentage. Anyway very good support with short response times.
