My business is unique, in that we operate with another business, and that businesses' franchise owners are special customers of ours. We wanted the ability for our franchise owners to be able to pay at a later date, and have the invoice added to their monthly statement. This app has helped us do just that! It wasn't working as expected at first, but their support team really stepped up and got it working exactly how we wanted it to. It cost a little extra because of the work their developers had to do, but the rates were very reasonable!

This app allows us to offer an invoice style payment method to select customers only. Ankit has been quick and helpful with any questions or tweaks that I needed for my store.

This app is great, mainly because of the customer service team. They have been so helpful in making personal customizations and are extremely responsive. We've been looking for a pay later solution for our clients for YEARS. VERY thankful to have this app. It allows us to have user specific credit terms for our wholesale clients. Game changer! Support was also great. Quick, decisive answers and the ability to be flexible for our company's needs.

This deserves 5* for customer support. Ankit is very courteous and helpful. He was there from start to finish until I was satisfied with the installation. If you have an issue that cannot be fixed right away, they'll be happy to forward it to their development team.

The customer support for this app is greater than any customer support I have received for any other app in the past, and WAY better than the Shopify customer support. Plus the app works very nicely with a large array of product pricing with the Gold Plan. Was originally going to use three different apps to do the same thing that this one app does. We can now give certain customers specific price points with just a simple login with no product discount codes. On the note of codes one of the reasons why the customer service was so good was the fact that they were able to create a decent amount of custom code to get the app working the way we wanted it to work. Ankit rules, the amount of troubleshooting that needed to be done was quite a bit, but was extremely painless thanks to the quick responses and intelligence of this employee! Well done. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to give student discounts, wholesale prices, or a Pay Later feature.

I've been using this app for almost a year and it's been working perfectly. I had a little issue yesterday with a setting and emailed support. Ankit helped me really quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. I'm very happy with the product and service :)

I chose this app while building a wholesale site. It provided so much of what I needed and, with a little help from the app developers has turned into exactly what I need to support a wholesale dual payment system. The support has been super fast in their response and, despite the time zone difference, the work has been done when requested and exactly to my specifications. Can't recommend it enough!!

This app is invaluable for the Net30 customers who use our online store. Using Zapier, I was able to extend the functionality of this app so I can create invoices in QBO. I had a few additional tweaks to the checkout page (passing additional info to the admin order page), Ankit from Buddy Apps was incredibly helpful, courteous, and timely in his help and responses to my questions. Not only that, he went in and made changes for me when I was struggling. In addition, you can also create store-wide discounts for customers (by tagging their accounts). Even though it requires you to upload a csv to apply these discounts, I still give this app 5 stars for the functionality, customer service, and app quality/speed. The layout of the Checkout page allows for maximum customization, so you can match the experience of Shopify's checkout. It just requires some customization work. I can't imagine a better solution for what we need. 5 stars. A+

Ankit is a very responsive and helpful developer! They have resolved all issues for us immediately and helped us switch over wholesale apps fairly quickly. The app contains almost every feature we need in running a wholesale business through Shopify and adding the pay later and tiered pricing feature has come in handy for our business.
