Chargeback Blacklist

Super simple app to use, and really helpful for those annoying bot/spam-type orders that can come in from time to time. Highly recommended.

This plugin really really helped us from a repeat attak rogue customer who was continuously placing orders when we didn't want to have him as a customer any longer. No other Shopify solution worked whereas this one did and worked immediately and blocked him 18 times and he now seems to have gone away. We would absolutely recommend this plugin to anyone else in a similar situation with their Shopify store.

Im just setting up and this has helped so much, many thanks

This app is absolutely fantastic. We are really happy to be using Chargeback Blacklist.

Was having trouble with bots attacking the store but the team helped me set up the app and some other settings to block them. They were quick to respond and helpful. Thank you!

The app is easy to set up and use, and the free tier is "good enough" for a lean business that needs this seemingly obvious feature that Shopify is missing. The paid tiers are reasonably priced for their value and are something I plan to eventually implement as this business grows. The app creator even reached out directly after setup to make sure everything was good. Great experience!

Excelente aplicación para shopify!!

I had persistent scammer trying to make fraudulent orders in my Shopify online store, and Chargeback Blacklist has been 100% effective in stopping them. In 4 days there were 64 fraudulent orders that Chargeback Blacklist stopped. Highly recommend.

Customer service is outstanding! Great app that supports your store and constantly updates with new features!

App does everything we need it to do and the support team was great in helping resolve problems we had and feedback to improve the experience.

The app worked right away and was very easy to set up. The fraudster came back and was blocked instantly. I got an alert and was able to verify everything with my other records. This is a great app to have for your store. It will save you from a lot of stress with fraudulent chargebacks.

Great solution and very proactive support!

Best App and Best and Instant Customer Support Ever i was facing an issue once i contact Support team they helps me and solve my problem within hours. Really big Thanks to Chargeback Blacklist Team

It’s a great app. The support team is very helpful, they fix issues quickly and are open to suggestions.

The setup was super quick and straightforward - we had it running in just a few minutes. The interface is very easy to use, and everything works exactly as described. We did run into one small issue early on, but it was resolved promptly by the support team, who were great to deal with. They also updated the app settings to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy and can definitely recommend it to any store looking to reduce chargeback risks and block problem customers. Solid app!

Great app for blocking scammer customers using a blacklist.
