Chargly ‑ Collect POS Fees

Unreliable app, Constance issues with this either it works and charges on some transactions then through out the day does not work to charge the fee when we click on the button. Then if it decides to charge it calculates the incorrect amount eg. $900.00 charged .19c credit card fee! Should be $16.65. This app has incurred by business to absorb excessive card fees. Still No support or response to fix this issue, i have been charged a Monthly fee US$5.99 for service that does not work and has cost my business ridiculous amounts of card fees that has not been past to the customer.

Easy to use, when it works. The app seems to stop working each week, and has to be deleted and re-installed to work again. This is time consuming and confusing to the team.

When it works it's great. When they deploy updates that aren't fully tested it can be very costly and cause a lot of frustration. If I had a better option I wouldn't be using Chargly. However their customer service is fast when there is an issue. Today that costs me $55 for an app I pay $6.99/month for and they even said it was their fault but didn't offer any compensation for the problem they caused. Very mixed feelings but I want others to know.

Simple to install, and at a low cost allows you to add a tile to POS to charge a processing fee for credit cards! I'm on the Shopify basic plan for my Ice Cream Shop and the other fee adding apps wouldn't process the fee automatically unless on the Plus plan, which doesn't make sense for us (and the other apps cost a lot more)! Though you still have to manually select the tile for credit card purchases, I think it's worth it. Simple to install and create. I'm so glad this app exists!
