When I failed to understand his explanations he offered do set it up for me. This wonderful fella worked until midnight making sure every aspect was to my preference, active and working. One of the best loyalty apps out there! It perfectly matches our needs, almost as if it were built specifically for us. The app's design is excellent, and the email templates are beautifully crafted and professionally executed. In my opinion, it's far better than Smile.io and many other alternatives on the market. And the pricing? Absolutely amazing for the value it delivers! Highly recommended!

Exceptional app and outstanding personal support !!!! I recently launched Charmz Rewards on my Shopify store and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the app and the support I received from Jan. From the start, Jan took the time to really understand my business, my customers and what I wanted to achieve with the loyalty programme. He helped me set up the complete programme, including points, VIP tiers, referrals, birthday rewards, early access, historical customer tiers and different gift collections. What impressed me most was how open he was to feedback. While testing the programme together, we came across several things that could improve the customer journey. Jan didn’t just provide workarounds , he actually implemented improvements and fixed issues in the app, sometimes even making those improvements available for other Charm merchants as well.
