Epic-X Chat is an amazing free app for any Shopify store! The real-time chat lets me engage customers instantly, and the built-in AI bot answers FAQs automatically, saving me tons of support time. I also love how customizable the widget is—colors, placement, triggers, everything fits my brand perfectly. The ticketing system is a huge bonus for organizing support.
