Chatalyst: Your 24/7 AI Sales

I’ve been running a small Shopify store selling unique vintage products, and customer inquiries were overwhelming me. I was using Shopify Messenger to respond, but I couldn’t keep up with the 24/7 questions, and I know I lost potential sales because of it. After installing Chatalyst, I was amazed at how quickly it learned the ins and outs of my shop. My products are niche, so I was skeptical about whether an AI could handle the details, but Chatalyst manage to learn it well. It picks up on the specifics of my inventory and gives engaging responses to customers. Other AI Chatbot always give me a black box feeling, Chatalyst lets me step in whenever I want to add a personal touch or tweak a response, which I love. The app has helped me close multiple sales by guiding customers through their questions guide them toward checkout. It’s saved me so much time, for small shop owner like me. I’d highly recommend Chatalyst to other small business owners. One suggestion for the team: I’d love to see a mobile-responsive version of the app on the Shopify app store. Being able to monitor customer interactions and manage the chatbot on the go would be a huge plus.
