ChatConvert Live & AI Chatbot
ChatConvert is an AI chatbot and sales agent for Shopify that helps improve sales by providing 24/7 AI chat, product recommendations, and live support. It learns from the store's content to answer customer questions, assist with product discovery, and reduce purchase hesitation. Merchants can monitor conversations, manage chat history, and intervene with live support when necessary. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.

We added ChatConvert for the AI Chatbot and ended up getting a lot more than we bargained for. The AI Chatbot understood our shoppers' questions almost out of the box and pointed them to the right products instead of firing off generic replies — but what really won us over is how much sits alongside it. You get Live Chat for when we want to jump in ourselves, AI Chat for everything else, a built-in FAQ section, and Order Tracking so customers can check where their order is without emailing us. Having all of that in one AI Chatbot app meant we could ditch two other tools we were paying for. Setup was quick, it stays on-brand once you give it a little product context, and it knows when to hand a complex query over to a human. Support was responsive when we had a setup question too. Since switching it on we've seen fewer abandoned chats and more shoppers reaching checkout on their own. If you want an AI Chatbot that also covers Live Chat, FAQs and Order Tracking out of the box, ChatConvert is well worth installing.
