Chatdesk has been so helpful with our customer service - our response times are significantly lower and the team is always so responsive when it comes down to feedback. The agents are available pretty much 24/7 including weekends, which is extremely helpful to us, but also great for the customers. They've made the process seamless by constantly communicating with their team internally and continue to provide us with top notch assistance. Highly recommend them!
