Riêng mình thấy thì team hỗ trợ của Chative ổn hơn so với các app khác mình từng dùng. Mình thấy app không giới hạn kết nối và đặc biệt nó free nên mình đã kết nối các page và website vào app. Hiện tại mình dùng app thấy rất ổn nên recommend mọi người thử nhé. Bên này cũng có hỗ trợ tiếng việt rất nhiệt tình nữa

so far so good. Simple set up and way easier to use than other ones I’ve tried. 5 star for the support team, they got back to me right away. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service. Every time I have a problem, I open send live messages to them and quickly get someone to help (especially thank Ly) most times. The customization suits my site. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to appear in the live chat. Other than that, I think it’s great.

I've tried a ton of these apps btw and there was one that was really good or something like that but they gave me a lifetime premium act and then cancelled it because I didn't log in one month. Happy to pay for a service once it gets better but this app is the only service i know of that does the omnichannel for free version. But what I like most about this app was the loud phone app notifications. Also I didn't need to log in and out every time, which was a pain on some other ones. Being able to just log in once on a mobile app and leave it sit is key. Otherwise I don't remember to log in and miss notifications. Also, live chat support is included in the free plan.
