Very nice support and customer service even I have some customize request
I had some issues with my WABA and the team was very patient and did very thorough checks for me and finally got it solved. I run multiple stores and all of them use CTX because I feel that I can rely on them if I run into any issues(if any)
The team is always so quick to respond to queries and questions. The app also helped conversions and get more orders easily. Automations are all well thought out too.
