They are charging during trial period and deny for refund, Shopify also not helping in this issues . App has mentioned 15 days trial ,so I installed the app October 28th and uninstalled after 10 minute, next day October 29th bill came with app charge, I surprised and again install the app the app to cross check, But according the app developer , I uninstalled so trial ended and when I install again they charge me, so what is the meaning of 15 days trial, conclusion is I have not used their app and they took my 29$ for nothing ,so now how can app user be assured about their support, They only focus on how to pull out money from customer
