was dealing with as fraud issue where bots or people would be purchasing a digital item to test stolen credit cards. using this app we were able to make a rule that the digital item can only be purchased with a physical item which resolved our issue. shopify doesnt natively have a solution for the issue so this app did exactly what we needed it to.

I'm still exploring the options, but it can do what I really needed: block unwanted email domains. It has so much more options, which I want to explore: payment customization and delivery customization. Customer support was very quick to help me setup my first rule, within 5 min I had a live rule!

Although the support team responded a bit late, they resolved my request within 24 hours. My request was about making the tax number field mandatory on the checkout page. They developed and added this feature to the app. It took 24 hours, but that's okay — we solved it at a moderate pace. Amazing experience! They helped me immediately after messaging, stayed with me as I explained my very complex requests, and even created a custom ruleset that I could use to work perfectly with what I needed. The BEST APP for cart blocking and setting up rules with many different variations. Blown away by how detailed they are and how well this works.
