Great program! We use it to block sales of certain products to certain states. We had an issues with setting up and emailed support and they promptly got me taken care of.

Originally was 1-star but changed to 5-star after receiving customer support. I had an issue with blocking products to specific states at first. I contacted support and after a couple of days they were able to create a solution with Shopify for my needs. I am very appreciative of their response and fixing my problem. They worked promptly and got the goal achieved!

This never worked. I set this up to block certain zip codes from purchasing certain products. Sometimes it would work. Sometimes it would let people still purchase. Most infuriating of all - I just realized it was preventing people who were not intended to be block to be blocked from purchasing!!

We faced customer challenges when discount coupons were applied to already discounted products, but we resolved this issue using the Checkout Guardian app. The app efficiently prevents the use of additional discount coupons on products that are already discounted. Moreover, we were impressed by their exceptional support—they promptly set up the app for us in just a few minutes. We highly recommend Checkout Guardian for preventing double discounts on products.

The app is very good and works as expected. We were missing the feature with the rule on ZIP code "starts with." After reaching out to support, they implemented it for us and added it to the app for everyone. Love it.
