The app is easy to handle and self-explaining. In need of assistance the Support Team is always available and responding very quickly, which helps a lot to fix issues on the spot.

Very happy with the modality and ease of use with Checkout Wiz. The team and staff go above and beyond to help me set up and change and test what works best for my store. I'm enjoying this upsell feature! I will continue to use their service and support.

We've been using Checkout Wiz on our Shopify store, and it's been a game-changer! The app is great, and the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Anytime we need adjustments or have specific requirements, they’re quick to make it happen. They’ve also been amazing at problem-solving, helping us navigate any challenges smoothly. Highly recommend!

The app is powerful and has a lot of cool features. We need to customize some text on our checkout page and set up was easy. Their support team is very helpful and respond quickly. I highly recommend this app.

I was skeptical at first, but Checkout Wiz has completely changed how we optimize our checkout process! The A/B testing feature is so simple to set up, and within a few days, we saw an increase in conversions. I love how I can test different elements without any coding—just a few clicks and done! The insights are super helpful, and the app runs smoothly in the background without any issues. If you’re looking to boost sales and reduce abandoned checkouts, this is the perfect tool. Highly recommend!

This app is wonderful and has all of the features one would need to optimize the checkout. Works great on Shopify Plus. In addition, the team is fantastic, they are very responsive and passionate about helping merchants. The suite of apps they have can create a CRO powerhouse if done right. I'm currently exploring other apps they offer as well.

An upsell went live even after support team promised: - it would follow the scheduling rule and start on a certain date which I confirmed with the support team. - It started adding the free gift even if customers didn't meet the minimum required cart value. This has caused massive chaos across our store and very upset customers. Your support and app has failed to uphold what you guys have promised and I have given this a proper go, hence, with falsely managed expectations and failing logic, I have now uninstalled and leave this review. UI has been well built but none of that means anything when the logic doesn't work. Do not recommend.

This app works perfectly for customising the checkout experience on Shopify! It’s easy to set up, and if any issue comes up, customer service is quick and super helpful. Highly recommended!

nothing displays on my thank you page
Sorry for this experience. As discussed over email, the block wasn't placed on the thank you page editor and hence it wasn't visible. The setup instructions mentioned how to place the block. We would've loved to help and get it up and running, but since it was 3 AM here, our support team wasn't online at that point.

Great so far for simpler needs at a simple price! Many other post-purchase customizers do all kinds of things and charge more than what makes sense for simpler needs. For me, I was just looking to add some important messages with text and images to the Thank You page and the Order Status page, and this did just that without having to commit to higher prices just because the app does more than what I need. You can still do more with this app as well, like upsells and surveys on the Thank You and Order Status page, but sometimes you just need something simple.
