Louis has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. He genuinely listens to merchant feedback and is clearly building the product with real-world use cases in mind. We’re also excited about some of the promising features in development, especially things like review translation at checkout — similar to how Judge.me handles translations across the website. For bilingual stores like ours, this is a very valuable addition.
