Pésima experiencia en chile express, tanto en atención de ejecutivos, como falta de poder gestionar envíos.

Realmente horrible la aplicación. Siempre presento problemas con encontrar las direcciones. La tarifa que se le cargaba al cliente era menos de lo que uno tenia que pagar después. Ahora la app no nos funcionaba, la desinstalamos para volver a instalar (ya lo habíamos hecho antes), y ahora la app no figura como opción de descarga. Tenemos muchos pedidos sin orden de transporte y no podemos hacer nada. El servicio técnico es malísimo también. Realmente mala experiencia.

La app dejó de funcionar, no hay soporte y además dice que es incompatible de repente porque solo aplica para envíos a Chile, mi tienda solo hace envíos a Chile...
