Connects with all of the platforms out there. Orders come in automatically and can be quickly processed with keyboard shortcuts and integration with an inexpensive USB scale. Automation rules are powerful way to do pretty much anything in the tool.

Beware of China Division's VIP Service: A Nightmare of Delays and Incompetence. Our parcel, which was supposed to be a priority shipment, has been delayed for an astonishing three months. Despite the promises of expedited handling and superior service for VIP customers, the reality was far from what was advertised. After such an extended period, our shipment has gone missing, and China Division is refusing to take any responsibility, citing that the delay has exceeded their time of responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we face an unreasonable delay, but the company’s refusal to address the issue or offer any compensation has left us in a frustrating and difficult position. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. What’s more, I suspect that many of the positive reviews about their service are fake. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe that these reviews reflect the true quality of their service. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using China Division’s services. The cost of their incompetence is high, and you may find yourself having to refund customers due to their poor handling and unresponsiveness. China Division’s VIP service has proven to be a costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable logistics provider.

The app is very responsive, and there was a missing feature in the process (the ability to add a CC email), which they implemented within 24 hours.

UPDATE! July 7th, It seems CN Storm are trying to patch their reputation by making excuses on these reviews! Now they are saying we never were a customer! WE CERTAINLY WERE! Actually there is no way to review them without installing their app, and from memory they need to do this in the backend of Shopify in order for it to work. SCAM SCAM SCAM! This just re-affirms they have NO CLUE what they are doing. Words cannot describe how completely incompetent this company is. BEWARE! DO NOT USE! Unless you want them to ruin your business.
