Super App mit einem tollen Entwicklerteam! Die Entwickler sind hilfsbereit, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Probleme werden sofort aufgegriffen und gemeinsam gelöst. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp läuft 1A – schnell, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Bei Fragen oder Änderungswünschen innerhalb der App wird auch kurzfristig ein Teams-Meeting angesetzt, um alles gemeinsam durchzugehen. Wir fühlen uns bestens betreut und sind mit der Zusammenarbeit rundum zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung!
First of all, we love the app. It is a great value and does almost everything we want it to do. We had an issue where it was not loading (it had worked perfectly for a few months previously) - support was quick to identify the issue and help us resolve it, which was impressive since there is a 12-hr time difference between us, and it was the middle of the afternoon on our side.
