Of all the session-recording apps we've tried this one is a winner. Not only the app is super easy to set up and navigate, but also it gives a comprehensive overview on business performance beyond rage clicks. Site performance, bot traffic, customer behavior and so much more. In particular I am grateful for the support the team provides. Unlike other apps where once it is installed you can't get anyone to help, this team is a true partner helping dissect and consume the data in a sense that allows make important business decisions which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. We've tried hotjar, lucky orange and a few more...NONE of those came even close to white-glove support we receive here. Integration - easy 100% Tool comprehension - intuitive and easy 100% Business value from data obtained - useful 100% Customer support - VIP treatment 100%.

Free, easy to set up and packed with user INSIGHTS! No limits on clarity recordings, no extra cost, fast turn around time from developer team for any customisations. Privacy-compliant and lightweight. A no-brainer for every store. 5 STARS easily!!

I installed this app for my store a week ago, and everything has been working smoothly so far. I was initially hesitant due to the limited number of reviews, but I reached out to support for some reassurance. They replied promptly, offering help if I ran into any issues. When I did have a problem, the app’s creator himself assisted me with great patience and friendliness. It's not just the app's efficiency that stands out, but also the excellent and fast support. It's rare to find both, and it really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
