Claspo: Pop Up Email Discount

Claspo has been a great fit for how we think about subscriber growth. We’re not using popups in the usual generic ecommerce way. For our brand, the experience needs to feel intentional, on-brand, and respectful, not pushy or overly promotional. Claspo gave us the flexibility to build that kind of experience while still helping us grow our subscriber base in a meaningful way. The software is easy to use, flexible, and reliable. It gives enough control to shape the customer journey properly without making the setup feel complicated. What stood out most, though, was the team. They were helpful, responsive, and genuinely understood what we were trying to do instead of forcing a standard approach. We looked around, but honestly, we didn’t find another app that fit our needs the way Claspo does. Our subscriber growth strategy is different from most ecommerce brands, and Claspo has been one of the few tools that actually supports that difference. We initially downloaded Claspo specifically for a scratch card popup. After getting it set up (support helped us sort a couple of configuration questions within minutes each time), we started testing their other popup formats. The results spoke for themselves. Our email signup rate improved significantly, and we saw a measurable lift in overall conversion rate. The builder is intuitive, mobile customization is straightforward, and when we hit edge cases the support team was genuinely fast and knowledgeable, not bot-level responses, actual solutions. If you are on Shopify and on the fence about popup tools, Claspo is worth it.

This app was fantastic, so easy to use and install on your website. I've currently got it with a countdown timer as a banner. I would highly recommend using Claspo, as there isn't anything out there simila,r and I found using Squarespace that there was no way to create the same effect visually, along with being able to sell to people

I've been using Claspo on my online store for just 2 days, and I'm honestly impressed! The setup was really simple even without much tech experience as I am not tech savy at all :-), I got my forms and popups up and running in minutes. The designs look great and aren’t intrusive at all, which makes a big difference for my customers’ experience. I also reached out to support once and got a quick, helpful reply. Overall, even after only 2 days, I’m really happy with Claspo and plan to keep using it. It definitely makes managing my shop easier. I’d recommend giving it a try as you’ll notice the improvement right away.

I installed Claspo to get an email newsletter popup when customers are getting ready to leave the page and it looks great! I also noticed that there are so many other popup options! It seems like it has the features of multiple apps all rolled into one. I'm looking forward to experimenting with all the options.

Smooth setup and integration with Shopify. App immediately recognized my store and connected without extra steps. The templates are modern and seasonal options are a big plus. Customization is quick and user-friendly, and I was able to sync email signups directly into Klaviyo with no issues.

Great app! It needs some User Experience improvement but is a good start. it's very powerful, flexible, with tons of features for customization. The widget catalog is varied and the pop up is compatible with multiple languages. Perfect for international stores. Some triggers didnt work well like the exit intent or page scroll after 10%. But the pop shows up well after 20 seconds, matching my settings. I believe this will be fixed with a few tweaks over time. The support was great, I got timely answers to my questions via chat or email in the same morning or evening. Very helpful and concise instructions. The onboarding process made the setup very easy.
