I’ve found Clear Stock to be a very powerful inventory management app and easily one of the best options available on Shopify. It provides deep insights into inventory and makes it much easier to identify slow-moving or dead stock so you can take action. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once I understood how it works, it became extremely useful. Also, the developer is very responsive and quick to act on feature requests, which makes the experience even better.

Best app for automatically discounting and clearing all our dead and slow moving stock. Had a few teething issues due to the fact that we have tens of thousands of products however the team was extremely quick to make the necessary fixes.
