We have been working with CleverTap for months. The analytics they have built are just astonishing. And not only that, they have always been here when we needed help. A responsive customer support is something only a few companies do nowadays, and is highly valuable. With CleverTap, we are able to track our customers, better know them using segmentation tools, metrics on how active our users are. And on our side, the most useful tool is the funnels which allow us to track the customer journey on our website. We could improve our conversion rate by 12%. Highly recommended!
