We used Zoko for our WhatsApp marketing and abandoned cart checkout flows. Overall, it has been a good experience, and the service is useful; tons of features could be used through Zoko, which requires a fair amount of learning, and that is something I think that can be simplified. But overall, very good experience.

Zoko has been a total game-changer for my Shopify store. What I love most is how easy it is to automate customer interactions—from abandoned cart reminders to order confirmations and even product inquiries. Zoko is a great experience. From the very helpful and polite staff, to its feature and integrations. The staff makes everything clear, with their help the app is eays to use, the whatsapp button has done wonders for our shop, sales have grown almost instantly. The templates, the flows, the automations, the campaigns you can just put any idea into practice and everything is easy due to clear communication. Thank you Nishat for your support, and thanks zoko for offering business simple ways to communicate with their clients and use marketing.

I would give the Zoko team a 1000 stars if Shopify had the option. Honestly, they help out so much in creating custom flows and our MoM ROI from Zoko is about 3000%. Custom flows really reduce the burden of manually attending to customer conversations & keeps it so seamless. Our abandoned cart flow works so well & pays for Zoko itself!
