Wonderful app that makes using Shopify and Royal Mail Click and Drop so much smoother and faster. Great customer service too. I had a small issue moving from a Consumer to Business Click and Drop account and Tony sorted it out for me immediately. 100% recommend.
Just works, nice and easy. We noticed that VAT was being added twice once an order was synced into RM. Emailed Tony and he sorted it out very quickly. Makes international shipping very easy if you're new to it.
This has solved the problem of integration with Royal Mail, which as a UK based business felt like a big omission in Shopify. No more manually entering addresses! The orders import perfectly, not just the essentials like recipient address and weight, but also all the products so you can easily assess the best way to send. Tony has been great helping with some initial setup queries and it works well.
Incredibly useful app and Tony is amazing at helping out exactly what's needed and getting everything working perfectly. If you are sending with Royal Mail, THIS is the solution to keeping everything in sync! Could not recommend more highly!
