It does not work, it doesn't sync all DMs and comments, there is not much to do in the portal to troubleshoo the issue and their chat bot doesn't responds, they don't reply to emails sent to their support, and their owners don't respond to the issues when reached directly via call/whatsapp. Highly disappointed!

We have been using this app for a while now, and it has been very helpful. It has made client communication easier for our team, and we appreciate the prompt support whenever we have questions or issues. Overall, we are satisfied with the app and would recommend it to others. Furthermore, the app has good customer support, and it is constantly improving.
