Pésima aplicación aveces no funciona con los pedidos, y me cobraron el de 15$ sin preguntarme, tengan cuidado

Estuve usando la aplicación pero hubo dias en que no funcionaba y por ese motivo no me caían ventas. Encima me cobraron solicito una devolución. Me han facturado a pesar de que no la estoy usando
