It's not free as said here in the shop. Edit: Your app is listed as Free (move your eyes to the left, it's easy). It doesn't say "Free installation" or "Free trial". It say "Free" but it's not. It's basic communication. And if you're not able to list your application correctly you are misleading users.
Our app isn’t advertised as free and you haven't even used it — the pricing is clearly shown on the Shopify listing and during checkout, and we even offer a 3-day free trial so you can test everything first. We totally understand that paying for software can be disappointing in a world where everything costs something — but hey, if you’ve figured out how to run a business by giving everything away for free, that’s impressive!
