Downloaded this app and immediately upon trying to add it to my theme it told me the block wouldn't work and couldn't be added. Tried a few times, doesn't work. I am not technologically inclined and this was supposed to be the user friendly work around to having to code my banner to make it clickable. Not user friendly and should let you see if it works before making you subscribe to a payment.
I can actually see that you are still using our app perfectly on your store — so such a low rating is a little confusing from our side. As a business owner, I am sure you understand how it feels. Of course, I absolutely don’t want you to feel stuck just because you’ve paid for it. I’ll be happy to refund you and disable the app on your store, since we really want every customer to be happy. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to our support team regarding the refund — we’re always here to help, even when no support requests were submitted. ======= Thank you for your feedback, our support team is always available to help. We never received any support request, so unfortunately I don’t know what’s exactly wrong. Whether you are using an outdated theme (not 2.0), or simply didn’t enable the widget, there is always a solution.

The image features work perfectly fine, but the text and button positions can’t be freely adjusted, and the fields don’t allow line breaks — it’s absolutely frustrating.
Hello, we just implemented requested changes. You can now add line break in the text area and add margins to text and button area, to move them up, down, right and left more precisely.
