Don't use! This app does not work as advertised. Despite claims of multi-platform support, it only offers limited importing from one platform and fails to connect with any of my other vendors. Unlike similar apps, it lacks essential features like translation, currency conversion, and SEO enhancement. Furthermore, I was double-charged due to a billing glitch, the app continued to show an "unpaid" status even after my first payment, leading me to pay a second time. While the amount isn't the primary issue, I expect a prompt response and a full refund for these errors. To make matters worse, customer support has been unresponsive. My messages disappear from the chatbox, and on the rare occasion I get a reply, I am forced to re-explain the entire situation from scratch. I have requested a refund multiple times with no success. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

This app saved me so much time copying products from another store. all the images and variants come through nicely. sometimes descriptions needed small fixing and i saw one typo in imported text, but still way faster than manual work.

So far this app is great to copy products from our manufacture, It is so easy, for my application i needed some extras and i chatted with them and they are fixing it and should be ready with in a couple days, i cant wait Edit I got an email that it is ready i tried it and it works Great communication with Kunal
