Best product in the market. Platform agnostic and super easy to use. The customer support team is also super helpful. We have imported 4000+ products using this app and highly satisfied with the quality.

Don't use! This app does not work as advertised. Despite claims of multi-platform support, it only offers limited importing from one platform and fails to connect with any of my other vendors. Unlike similar apps, it lacks essential features like translation, currency conversion, and SEO enhancement. Furthermore, I was double-charged due to a billing glitch, the app continued to show an "unpaid" status even after my first payment, leading me to pay a second time. While the amount isn't the primary issue, I expect a prompt response and a full refund for these errors. To make matters worse, customer support has been unresponsive. My messages disappear from the chatbox, and on the rare occasion I get a reply, I am forced to re-explain the entire situation from scratch. I have requested a refund multiple times with no success. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

Platforms like AliExpress and Alibaba have recently introduced stricter security restrictions, which has affected cloning across multiple apps in the ecosystem. We are actively working on alternative solutions to address this. Features such as translation and SEO enhancement are available in our higher plans. Since you were using the starter plan, these features were not included, which may have led to some misunderstanding. Regarding the chat concern — if the chatbox is closed and reopened, it starts as a new conversation. This may have caused earlier messages to appear missing. We have already raised this with our chat service provider and are working on improving the experience. On billing — we did not receive any successful payment from our end due to a provider-side issue. Despite not receiving the funds, we proactively processed your refund in full to ensure you are not impacted. We take customer support and product quality seriously, and experiences like this are not reflective of our usual service standards. We are continuously working to improve. We always aim to provide accurate information in our app listing and continuously improve based on feedback. If there are any specific areas where you believe information was misrepresented, we would sincerely appreciate you pointing them out so we can review and correct them if needed.
