To activate the app, an upfront payment is required—which felt uncomfortably enforced. While setup is straightforward when using the default configuration, customizing the left sidebar proved unnecessarily complex. Additionally, real-time support was unavailable; the only contact option offered was email, which slowed resolution. Horrible support

We’d like to clarify that no upfront payment is required to use our app. Upon installation, we provide a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged unless you continue past the trial period — this is standard practice among many Shopify apps. Regarding support, we did not receive any message from your store during your trial. Our support team is always available via email, and we’re happy to assist with customizations like adding filters to the left sidebar, tailored to any theme. If you decide to give the app another try, we’d be glad to assist with setup and ensure everything works as expected.
