Fly Me Flag review for XCloud Search & Product Filter

Great App, Even Better Customer Service! We've been very happy with XCloud Search & Product Filter, but their customer service is what really sets them apart! We recently experienced an issue where certain search results on our Shopify store were grayed out and unresponsive. I contacted XCloud support, and they responded quickly, reproduced the problem, and identified the exact cause. As it turned out, the issue wasn't even with XCloud! It was a CSS conflict caused by another app. Rather than simply telling us it wasn't their problem, they took the time to investigate, explain the issue clearly, and provide detailed technical information we could share with the other app's developers. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its product and genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
