The app worked directly with the theme, something some other apps could not do, making life easier. Just started using but support is also good.

I used this app to help sort tree characteristics, and it works very well. I really like the search bar being way more helpful too, it really makes searching for product so much better than the default theme.

I have just installed the app a day ago and i was all set in few minutes, needed a little help in order to set it according to the theme and received a very fast support in just few hours. Price is great for small business like mine so its a Go Go thing!! must give it a try.

We rarely write reviews, but after using this search app for over a year on two different themes and three different stores, we can say that the customer service here is outstanding, and the CloudSearch app is worth far more than the monthly cost. We previously used search apps from InstantSearch, Nextopia, and SLI systems, VERY expensive search app providers, and the customer service from Cloud Search beats them all. Every time we have had a question we have received an answer within hours, and had customizations to the code and search appearance implemented within 1 day. If you use tags and have a lot of product attributes well categorized, you will be able to do a lot with Cloud Search custom filtering. If you are just starting out, this app will grow with you. One of the things we like about CloudSearch is that it does not affect our page load speed. Highly recomended, and thank you to Nikita for always being so helpful!

Great support, I have little experience on the technical level to intervene in the theme code and they helped me in record time. I have recently installed the application and it has everything I need.

App works great now. I had some trouble getting it visible on my site (due to some code left behind by another search app). I contacted support and thought i might had to wait for the weekend to be over to get a response but i was surprised by their very quick respons. Within minutes, Nikita had not only solved the problem caused by the other app, he also had the app up and running with some extra coding needed as i wanted it to the leftside of my site! Great! 5 stars for service alone, but app works great as well! Easy to use, no-nonsense app, that exactly does what you would expect.
