We rarely write reviews, but after using this search app for over a year on two different themes and three different stores, we can say that the customer service here is outstanding, and the CloudSearch app is worth far more than the monthly cost. We previously used search apps from InstantSearch, Nextopia, and SLI systems, VERY expensive search app providers, and the customer service from Cloud Search beats them all. Every time we have had a question we have received an answer within hours, and had customizations to the code and search appearance implemented within 1 day. If you use tags and have a lot of product attributes well categorized, you will be able to do a lot with Cloud Search custom filtering. If you are just starting out, this app will grow with you. One of the things we like about CloudSearch is that it does not affect our page load speed. Highly recomended, and thank you to Nikita for always being so helpful!

I recently installed this App after using another competitors Filter App for over a year. I've been very impressed with the simplicity of how this App works, no complicated integration, reasonable pricing, and support that is second to none. App works great now. I had some trouble getting it visible on my site (due to some code left behind by another search app). I contacted support and thought i might had to wait for the weekend to be over to get a response but i was surprised by their very quick respons. Within minutes, Nikita had not only solved the problem caused by the other app, he also had the app up and running with some extra coding needed as i wanted it to the leftside of my site! Great! 5 stars for service alone, but app works great as well! Easy to use, no-nonsense app, that exactly does what you would expect.

shopifyの検索結果は新着順に並んでおらずカスタマイズも不可とのことだったのですが、このアプリによって簡単にそれを実現することができました。他の検索アプリを色々と試していましたが、殆どのアプリが必要以上の細分化とテーマの外観に合わなかったのですが、非常にスムーズに導入できました。開発者の方には、細かい要望等非常に迅速に対応していただいています。

After months of testing different apps, we selected Instant Search & Smart Filters. We have complicated filter parameters. This is the only app we found that is flexible enough to handle it. We did test Cloudsearch technical support with a multitude of questions over months. Due to a difference in time zones, answers came during our night, but technical support answered very reliably. They are on top of it. I really appreciate their diligence in servicing their app and answering questions. And the things works! Our customers are very happy with the changes on our site due to Instance Search & Smart Filters.

OMG! This is a MUST HAVE! For a year I have been complaining about the limited use of the included search function on my shopify theme. If the word wasn't type exactly as entered the search results would be zero. This search app is AMAZING. It starts filtering as soon as the first letter is typed, and makes suggestions on spelling etc...GAME CHANGER! Well worth it.

Excellent app and fantastic customer support. They helped implement some nice features on my store. In time, I would love to see them support a grid layout of products for customers from the search bar. I'd highly recommend
