I was having issues with a lot of my products not syncing through. Joseph was amazing, he was super helpful, always happy to help, and easy to communicate with. He was patient and thorough, and always kept me in the loop along the way. He even went as far as going into my Shopify (with permission) to amend the offending products for me so they would finally sync. Highly recommend this app, and the support has been phenomenal!
