This review is based on after 30 days of use in order to provide a truthful unbias feedback. We have both Shopify for online and Clover for retail sales. Needed something that can sync inventory and products between the two. This software works well and very simple to use. There is a learning curve and some fine tuning is also needed. What makes this software stands out is the customer service. Always on and always there to help and coach when needed. We have use multiple apps on both Shopify and Clover this team is the most responsive when it comes to problem solving. Another reason I'd love to keep using this software is that they are constantly improving making small upgrades a step at a time. They are also open to user feedback and suggestions to new features etc. I cannot wait to see the next update! Keep up the great work team we'd give you 10 stars if we can. Special thanks to Angelica, Joseph and Thea they have help us out alot from the very beginning!

I have been trying to connect this app to my shopify store, and for some reason I could not get it to work. I reached out to Quick Sync Clover Support and Normie was very quick to respond to my email. She suggested that I tried a different browser or device. Sure enough; I tried a different browser and bingo. Soon after I encountered a different problem, and Normie took over the wheel and resolved my issues. She was patient and knowledgeable, and her customer service skills are top notch. She is a great asset to your company.

Staff was able to answer questions we had quickly, and smooth transition with syncing the first time used. Would recommend if you have multiple platforms with inventories.

Literally any time I have a question or need something there is always an individual there to help me. I really appreciate this level of service. If your store is not syncing they really do try to resolve issues quickly, and the customer service is wonderful.
