Thus far the app seems to be working well. I had to receive a little assistance from Tech Support but everyone was helpful and friendly. I am trying Cloversync as a SKUIQ alternative and I must say at this point Cloversync appears to setup much easier and shows signs of functioning better. I will update this review if something changes down the road.

I am new to clover sync. I contacted the agent on their website and she has been really helpful! Very easy to set up.

The application does not work, I messed up all my inventory in clover as in shopify and I have to do everything again because they are not responsible

I wanted to write a new review but didn't see the option. I was having some issues today and let me just tell you! Joseph was a lifesaver!! He stayed with me through the whole process and really put my mind at ease when I thought all was lost! Thank you so much Joseph for all your help! I use this app to sync my inventory between Shopify and Clover. I love how it automatically generates SKU numbers but I wish it could place the items into their perspective categories in Clover. Syncing the first time takes a little bit but once you do it the first time it is very fast going forward. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding! I was actually working on my site on Sunday and the same rep that had helped me previously initiated a chat just to let me know she was there and ready to help. I was so grateful for her assistance!!

I have used the app and its very simple to get your inventory (products stock) synced (clovers and shopify). Support has been outstanding! They have guide me step by step on how everything works. I can say this has been a excellent experience!

This app made it very easy to sync POS and online store, they are very fast to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It also has a service to generate a SKU number if any product does not have one, making it simple to print out new labels! The consultant Thea was especially helpful with getting all of the products on our site matched together. She also answered every question I had in a timely and polite manner.
