Joseph answered all my questions and helped me through the whole process of set up which was very convenient. I have been looking for something to integrate my CLOVER POS with my online Shopify store and everything elsewhere has been too complicated. Joseph and this app has helped make this transition very easy!

I just got started using this product and can already see how it will help my small business increase sales and remove the panic of wondering if my inventory is correct between my storefront and online shop. The customer service was top notch with Omar who helped me get setup in 30 minutes (small 500 item shop) and answered questions and gave advice on how to move forward as my inventory was syncing. With what can be a confusing process, Omar made this transition smoother than I could have ever imagined and my store will be online in no time. I'm so glad I chose this app for the customer service alone. While I don't anticipate any problems aside from my own user error, I know QuickSync will be there to help as fast as possible so I can continue to make sales. As I continued to work with this new app I had a couple more questions and again was greeted with an amazing customer service experience courtesy of Thea. Quick answers with actionable steps and I understand this program better. QuickSync is 2/2 on customer service excellence!

We needed a clarification for QuickSync and Joseph was able to help me with Shopify's TOS. Joseph was also able to take the time to help us make sure we knew our way around the app. Fast and direct service.

Omar do a great job. He help me with the sync process of the products. Also explain me how to use the app. I like the inventory sync with clover, because it help me to mantain the real amount I have of products.

I recently encountered a product sync issue, and I was contacted by Omar with Tech Support asking if there was anything I needed assisted with today. Let me tell you, his service was exceptional! From the moment I connected with him, I felt like I was in capable hands. Prompt and Efficient: Omaar's response time was impressive. He addressed my issue quickly, ensuring that I didn't waste any time waiting for a resolution. Clear Communication: As a support representative he patiently listened to my problem and communicated clearly with me. He explained the steps to resolve the sync issue in a way that even I could understand. Effective Solution: Omar didn't just provide generic advice- he actually stepped in with guidance to my specific situation. The process was completely handled by Omar. I didn't have to do anything but ask for help. Omar stepped up and fixed the sync and sku issue my inventory had. Friendly and Professional: Sometimes tech support interactions can feel almost robotic, but not with Omar. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed invested in helping me succeed.
