Excellent, cela nous fait gagner énormément de temps pour le support client. Nous avons pu renseigner notre documentation, et le bot répond à toutes les questions sans intervention humaine. Et en cas de besoin on peut prendre la main pour répondre directement au clients. Cela nous permet de ne plus rater de commandes ni de demandes clients, tout en répondant le plus rapidement possible. L’interface est super intuitive. Je recommande !
