Cluster helped us 5x your opt-in rate from our exisisting ecomsend popup. They also assisted in running a/b tests with new designs that further improved performance. Great product!

In the last 30 days, my store's email opt-in rate increased from 1% to 13.4%. The Cluster popup, after iterating with the Cluster founders and finding a deal that resonated with our customers (a free gift), led to a popup conversion rate of 23%. Its been a pleasure working with the Cluster team, who will work with you on strategy and implementation of the popup, and cares about the lift they generate *specifically* for your store.

Cluster's pop-up really helped to excel our opt-in rates. Since I started using Cluster, it ramped up 4x more than before. We had a Klaviyo popup to get emails, but were only seeing ~2% opt-in rate. After installing Cluster, we saw a 4x increase immediately! Proof that small tweaks can drive major impact. The founders are also extremely responsive and helped us A/B test changes to the popup to further dial in the performance after launching v1 of the popup.Highly recommend.

Our experience working with Cluster is great, the personal onboarding was awesome and I´m confident that the new popup will convert a lot more than our old one. The direct communication with the founders is a bonus, because usually if you have an issue, other apps send you, either to a bot or a customer service agent.
