Clyde has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! The platform is easy to integrate, and the team made the setup process seamless. Offering extended warranties to our customers has not only boosted our revenue but also increased customer confidence in their purchases.

We started with the program when it was just Clyde and in the first year the service was great, however we did not have a ton of warranty purchases as our website was not set up on shopify yet. While customer service seems pretty thin at times ever since the aquisition we have switched to shopify we have seen a significant lift on warranty purchases and so far our customers seem happy. I would like a direct AM to help us figure out how we can make the tool even better for our customers.

Clyde was purchased by Cover Genius, and ever since their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and I can't find a single person who works at the company who has been able to help me. I will update the review if anyone ever gets back to me.

I don't know what changed but seemingly since Clyde was acquired by another company, their customer service, functionality, and even primary business contact number have all simply stopped working. It's like it's entirely abandoned but they haven't changed anything. I've been emailing for weeks just to get contracts updating and haven't even gotten so much as an automated response.
