KYNORA review for Clyvio ‑ Shoppable Reels

Disappointing experience with the developer’s responsiveness and branding flexibility. While the app’s shoppable video carousel seems ok, I am unhappy with the “Powered by FutureTechiez” attribution displayed on my storefront. I have contacted the developer multiple times requesting its removal, as I want to maintain a clean, premium brand experience, but I have received no response. I have also seen similar shoppable reel sections on other websites without a visible attribution, which makes the lack of clarity and communication even more frustrating. As a business owner, I expect transparent information about branding restrictions and responsive support when I raise a concern. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen short of those expectations. I would recommend that other merchants clarify the attribution policy and available removal options before committing to this app.
