COD Fraud Guard - COD Rules is positioned as a Shopify app for merchants who want to reduce cash-on-delivery fraud and refused deliveries. It scores customers using outcomes like delivered, returned, and cancelled orders across stores, then uses Shopify Functions to apply checkout rules such as hiding, renaming, or reordering COD, while also blocking invalid phone numbers and incomplete addresses. The app emphasizes automatic parcel tracking and helping merchants make faster risk-based decisions to cut shipping losses and protect stock.
