I've tried numerous apps to streamline the Cash on Delivery (COD) process for my Shopify store, but HillTeck's COD IVR app stands head and shoulders above the rest. The integration was seamless, the user interface intuitive, and it has dramatically reduced the manual efforts previously required to manage COD orders.
