Fraud app. they charged me unethically and giving the blame on my side. here is the complete story how they scamming me. They forcefully added 4,500 INR bill in my shopify account and later when I complaint about this someone call me and says it's my mistake only. I connected shopify and there is no response from there side. I removed the app within 5 minutes without even using it. According to Shopify- "Third-party developers have a button in their Partner Dashboard to cancel a pending charge or issue an application credit." and developer has a clear vision of not refunding the amount to me. the bill is very near and I will not remove my review until bill is cancelled. totally fraud mentality. No Shopify app—including ours—has the ability to charge a store without explicit merchant approval through Shopify’s mandatory authorization flow. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms are clearly displayed before the merchant clicks the Approve button. This process is enforced by Shopify and is not optional or developer-controlled. In this case, the subscription was approved directly from your Shopify admin panel. Nevertheless, our team responded promptly, explained the billing process in detail, and confirmed that a full refund would be issued. The cancellation and credit request has already been submitted via Shopify’s official Partner Dashboard, which is the only method Shopify provides for refunds. The actual timing of the reversal is determined solely by Shopify’s internal processing cycle—not by our intent or cooperation. Assertions that the charge was “forcefully added,” that responsibility was shifted to the merchant, or that we refused to issue a refund are entirely false. Publishing claims labeling the app as fraudulent while a refund is already in progress and while our team continues to engage transparently is misleading and unfair—not only to us, but to other merchants evaluating this app based on inaccurate information.
